Welcome to SheetNova AI, an AI-powered Google Workspace toolkit developed by NexKnot. By installing, accessing, or using SheetNova AI, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using SheetNova AI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the add-on.
2. Use of the Add-on
You may use SheetNova AI within your Google Workspace account for lawful, permitted, and intended purposes. You are responsible for all actions performed through your Google account while using the add-on.
You agree not to:
- Use the add-on for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activities
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the add-on without permission
- Use the add-on to process content you do not have permission to use
- Interfere with, overload, or misuse the service or related systems
3. Data Processing
SheetNova AI processes only the data you explicitly select, enter, or authorize inside Google Workspace to complete the action you request.
We do not sell user data or use spreadsheet content for advertising. More details are available in our Privacy Policy.
4. User Responsibility
Automated calculations or tool outputs may contain errors, be incomplete, or be unsuitable for some use cases. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all data processing outputs before relying on them.
SheetNova AI should not be used as the sole basis for legal, financial, medical, compliance, or other high-stakes decisions.
5. Google Workspace Permissions
SheetNova AI may request Google Workspace permissions required for the add-on to work, such as displaying the sidebar, reading spreadsheet data, modifying spreadsheet content, or connecting to external services.
Permissions are used only to perform user-requested actions. You may revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.
6. Intellectual Property
SheetNova AI, including its code, design, features, branding, website content, documentation, and related materials, is owned by NexKnot unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, modify, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from SheetNova AI without written permission from NexKnot.
7. Availability & Changes
We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of SheetNova AI at any time. Some features may be released gradually, marked as coming soon, or changed based on technical, legal, or product needs.
We do not guarantee that the add-on will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
8. No Warranty
SheetNova AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will meet every requirement, produce perfect results, or be free from errors.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NexKnot and SheetNova AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the add-on.
This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, incorrect outputs, workflow errors, business interruption, or decisions made based on generated results.
10. Termination
You may stop using SheetNova AI at any time. We may restrict or discontinue access if misuse, abuse, security concerns, or violations of these Terms are detected.
11. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated date shown at the top.
Continued use of SheetNova AI after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and related names are trademarks of Google LLC. SheetNova AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC.
