SheetNova AI is an AI-powered Google Workspace toolkit developed by NexKnot. This page provides basic information for Workspace administrators, domain admins, and IT teams.
1. Installation
SheetNova AI is intended to be installed from the Google Workspace Marketplace. Users can access the add-on from Google Sheets after installation.
If your organization restricts Marketplace add-ons, a Google Workspace administrator may need to review and allow the add-on before users can install or use it.
2. OAuth Permissions
SheetNova AI may request Google Workspace permissions required to display the add-on UI, read spreadsheet content, modify spreadsheet content, and connect to approved external services.
Permissions are used only to perform actions requested by the user.
- Display the SheetNova AI sidebar inside Google Sheets
- Read selected spreadsheet data when a feature requires it
- Modify spreadsheet content when the user runs a selected operation
- Connect to analytics services when required by enabled features
- Connect to AI or analytics services when required by enabled features
3. Data Handling
SheetNova AI does not sell user data and does not send spreadsheet content to analytics. AI-powered features may send user-selected text, prompts, or relevant content to trusted third-party AI providers only when the user actively uses those features.

4. Admin Review Checklist
Workspace administrators may review the following before allowing the add-on:
- Privacy Policy
- Terms of Service
- Requested OAuth permissions during installation
- Organization policies for AI tools and external API usage
- Whether users are allowed to install third-party Workspace add-ons
5. User Access
Access may depend on your Google Workspace organization settings. If users cannot install or open the add-on, please check Marketplace app access controls in the Google Admin Console.
